Product Description
This rigid box is purpose-built for injection pens and similar medical devices. A solid greyboard shell wrapped in coated art paper gives it a premium, protective feel, while the clean matte finish supports a clinical, trustworthy look.
The interior uses EVA foam die-cut with fitted slots that hold five injection pens securely in place, preventing movement and damage during shipping. The foam layout can be re-cut to match your pen model and any accessories.
We print the outer shell in 4-color offset on Heidelberg presses, normally finished with matte lamination for a soft, non-glare surface. Gold or silver foil stamping and embossing are available when you want a premium brand mark.
The box is offered as a standard lid-off rigid box, with a magnetic closure option for a more premium unboxing. Sizes are fully custom so the outer carton fits your pen length and slot count.

Samples take 5-7 working days, and mass production runs 15-20 working days depending on quantity. Finished boxes are packed in standard export cartons and shipped FOB Xiamen Port, with T/T, Western Union or Trade Assurance.
