1. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per custom design. Smaller trial orders can be discussed depending on the product.
2. What is the mass production lead time?
Standard production takes 15–20 working days after sample approval and deposit. Exact days depend on quantity and finishing.
3. How long does sampling take, and are samples charged?
A physical sample usually takes 5–7 working days after artwork confirmation; digital proofing can be turned around the same day. Sample fees and terms are confirmed with you directly and can be negotiated against bulk orders — please contact us for details.
4. Do you provide free design support?
Yes. Free design support is included. We accept your artwork in PDF/AI/CDR and can also lay out the structure and artwork based on your product and brand.
5. What custom finishing can you do?
We support hot stamping / foil, embossing and debossing, die-cutting, texture embossing, and more. Tell us the effect you want and we will advise the best process.
6. What are your payment terms and shipping options?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), Western Union, and Trade Assurance. For small orders we ship by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS); for bulk orders we ship by sea from Xiamen Port (FOB), and we can also deliver to your forwarder.
