Product Description
This is a premium double-door rigid box with a smooth magnetic closure that opens and closes with a satisfying, high-end feel. The lid is finished in rich gold foil stamping with subtle embossing, giving your gift, perfume or cosmetic line a luxury unboxing experience that customers remember.
The box body is built on 1200g (2–3mm) rigid greyboard, wrapped with coated art paper and finished in soft-touch matte lamination for a smooth, fingerprint-resistant surface. All materials are recyclable and FSC-conscious on request.
Printing is done on Heidelberg offset presses in CMYK with Pantone color matching. Post-press finishing includes gold foil stamping and embossing as standard, with optional silver foil, spot UV, debossing, a clear window or a ribbon pull.
The hidden magnets keep the lid firmly shut without visible hardware. Inside, we can fit a die-cut EVA foam, sponge or flocked velvet insert molded to hold your product — whether a perfume bottle, skincare set, jewelry or a gift set.
Everything is customizable: size, box structure, paper color, foil color and insert. Send us your own artwork in PDF or AI, and our design team will refine it for free.
Finished boxes are packed in standard export cartons for sea freight. Sampling takes 5–7 working days, and mass production runs 15–20 working days, shipped FOB Xiamen.

Q: How do you control quality?
A: We run a pre-production sample before bulk order, then 100% inspection during production and random inspection before shipping. Photo reports are shared with you at every stage.
Q: What is the sample lead time?
A: A physical sample usually takes 5–7 working days after artwork confirmation. Digital proofing can be turned around the same day.
Q: What is the mass production lead time?
A: Standard production is 15–20 working days after sample approval and deposit. Exact days depend on quantity and finishing.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), Western Union and Trade Assurance are all accepted.
Q: How about shipping?
A: For small orders we ship by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). For bulk orders we ship by sea from Xiamen Port (FOB). We can also deliver to your forwarder.
