Product Description
This is a folding paper carton built for pharma glass vials, fitted with a disposable plastic tray that holds each vial securely in its own cavity. The ivory board gives a clean, medical-grade white surface for your brand and dosage information.
The box folds flat for efficient storage and shipping, then pops up around the tray at the point of use. It is lightweight, disposable and fully recyclable — well suited to medicine, vaccine and clinical trial packaging.
Printing runs on Heidelberg offset presses in CMYK with Pantone matching. Standard finishing includes bronzing, embossing, debossing, cold stamping and glitter, so your vial box stands out on the pharmacy shelf.
The plastic tray is custom-molded to your vial count, diameter and height, holding bottles upright and protected during transport. We can also switch to a paper pulp or blister insert on request.
Everything is customizable: box size, cavity layout, paper color, foil color and glitter finish. Send us your artwork in PDF or AI and our design team will refine it for free.
Folded boxes are packed flat in standard export cartons for sea freight. Sampling takes 5–7 working days, and mass production runs 15–20 working days, shipped FOB Xiamen.

A: A physical sample usually takes 5–7 working days after artwork confirmation. Digital proofing can be turned around the same day.
Q: What is the mass production lead time?
A: Standard production is 15–20 working days after sample approval and deposit. Exact days depend on quantity and finishing.

A: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), Western Union and Trade Assurance are all accepted.

A: For small orders we ship by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). For bulk orders we ship by sea from Xiamen Port (FOB). We can also deliver to your forwarder.
