- White card boxes: sample free, you pay the courier. Other items: sample fee applies and is credited against the bulk order — full credit on the first round, 50% on the second, none from the third.

- After artwork approval: white card boxes, notebooks, greeting cards and paper bags 5–7 working days, 3–5 if rushed. Rigid boxes 15–20 days, 10–15 for simple structures.
- Factory audit
- Your team or a third-party inspector is welcome at our Xiamen factory. Book ahead and we will arrange the visit and the paperwork.

Product Description
The gold edge is the whole point of this envelope. A thin metallic foil line runs along the flap edge so that when a stack of invitations sits on a table, the edges read as a single gold block before anyone opens one.
The base is 110–150 gsm art paper in solid colour, which gives enough stiffness for a V-flap to stand upright in a display but still folds cleanly by hand. Pearl paper is available when you want a subtle sheen across the whole surface rather than only on the edge.
Colors are selected from a standard range or matched to your Pantone. The edge foil can be gold, silver, rose gold or copper, and an inside liner pattern can be added so the envelope looks considered when the flap lifts.
Sizes cover A2, A5, A7 and DL, plus custom dimensions for non-standard cards. The closure is gummed for traditional assembly or peel-and-seal for faster hand-stuffing at volume.
We print offset in CMYK or Pantone and run the foil edge inline, so the metallic line stays consistent from the first envelope to the last. Send artwork as PDF or AI and our team returns a dieline and a free proof.
Sampling takes 5–7 working days and mass production 5–7 working days. All orders ship FOB Xiamen Port with T/T, Western Union or Trade Assurance payment.
