- White card boxes: sample free, you pay the courier. Other items: sample fee applies and is credited against the bulk order — full credit on the first round, 50% on the second, none from the third.

- After artwork approval: white card boxes, notebooks, greeting cards and paper bags 5–7 working days, 3–5 if rushed. Rigid boxes 15–20 days, 10–15 for simple structures.
- Factory audit
- Your team or a third-party inspector is welcome at our Xiamen factory. Book ahead and we will arrange the visit and the paperwork.

Product Description
Black and gold is the safest combination for a gift that has to look expensive without a luxury budget. On this diary the floral pattern is foil-stamped rather than printed, so the flowers catch light when the book is tilted and disappear into the matte black when it lies flat.
The cover is 2 mm greyboard with a matte lamination that resists fingerprints. Inside, the 2026 planner runs monthly overviews and weekly spreads across 160–192 pages, printed in a single ink on cream stock.
Sewn binding lets the book lay flat, which matters for a planner that gets written in every morning. An elastic band and a ribbon marker are standard; gold edge painting is available when the diary is going into a presentation box.
The floral artwork can be redrawn for your brand, or replaced with a monogram, a skyline or an abstract pattern in the same foil. Debossing on the back panel and a foil-stamped spine are optional.
We foil-stamp and deboss the cover, print inner pages offset, then bind and finish in-house. Send artwork as PDF or AI and our team returns a cover proof and a free mock-up.
Sampling takes 5–7 working days and mass production 5–7 working days. All orders ship FOB Xiamen Port with T/T, Western Union or Trade Assurance payment.
