- White card boxes: sample free, you pay the courier. Other items: sample fee applies and is credited against the bulk order — full credit on the first round, 50% on the second, none from the third.
- Lead time
- After artwork approval: white card boxes, notebooks, greeting cards and paper bags 5–7 working days, 3–5 if rushed. Rigid boxes 15–20 days, 10–15 for simple structures.
- Factory audit
- Your team or a third-party inspector is welcome at our Xiamen factory. Book ahead and we will arrange the visit and the paperwork.

Product Description
A perfume discovery set lives or dies on how the vials sit inside the box. This folding carton is built around a fitted insert with five cavities, each sized to your sample vial diameter, height and cap so nothing rattles in transit and every bottle stands upright when the lid opens.
The outer box uses 300–400 gsm ivory board with a soft-touch matte lamination that keeps fingerprints off the surface and gives the pack the same hand feel as a luxury fragrance carton. Gold foil stamping on the logo and a debossed border add depth without extra cost.
Inside, the insert can be die-cut paper board, EVA foam or molded pulp. Paper board is the most economical and fully recyclable option; EVA gives the softest cushion for glass vials; molded pulp is the most sustainable choice for eco-focused brands.
Every dimension is custom: length, width, depth, spine and closure style are adjusted to your vial set and to the way you want the customer to open the pack. A magnetic flap, a ribbon pull or a sliding drawer all work with the same outer footprint.
We print on Heidelberg offset presses in CMYK with Pantone matching, then finish with soft-touch lamination, gold or silver foil, embossing, debossing and spot UV. Artwork can be supplied as PDF or AI, and our in-house team offers free design support.
Sampling takes 15–20 working days and mass production 15–20 working days. All orders ship FOB Xiamen Port with T/T, Western Union or Trade Assurance payment.
