- White card boxes: sample free, you pay the courier. Other items: sample fee applies and is credited against the bulk order — full credit on the first round, 50% on the second, none from the third.

- After artwork approval: white card boxes, notebooks, greeting cards and paper bags 5–7 working days, 3–5 if rushed. Rigid boxes 15–20 days, 10–15 for simple structures.
- Factory audit
- Your team or a third-party inspector is welcome at our Xiamen factory. Book ahead and we will arrange the visit and the paperwork.

Product Description
Glass vials are the most fragile thing in a pharmaceutical pack, so the box has to hold them still. This rigid box uses a die-cut cradle insert that grips each vial at the shoulder and keeps it vertical, even when the outer carton is tipped during transport.
The outer shell is 2 mm greyboard wrapped in art paper with a matte lamination. The surface resists scuffing, wipes clean and takes a lot number, an expiry panel and a QR code without looking crowded.
For regulated products we can add a tamper-evident seal, a security hologram or a serialized label area, and we keep the print area free of decoration that would compete with mandatory information.
Inserts are available in die-cut paper board for full recyclability, or EVA foam when the vial count and weight call for extra cushioning. Both versions are cut to your exact vial diameter and height.
We print on Heidelberg offset presses with Pantone matching for brand colors, then finish with matte lamination, spot UV or debossing. Artwork can be supplied as PDF or AI, and our team prepares the dieline and a proof before production.
Sampling takes 15–20 working days and mass production 15–20 working days. All orders ship FOB Xiamen Port with T/T, Western Union or Trade Assurance payment.
