Product Description
A portable medical kit needs a box that survives being carried in a bag, dropped on a counter and opened dozens of times. This book-style rigid box is built on 2 mm greyboard, wrapped in art paper and hinged like a hardcover so the lid opens flat and stays out of the way while the user reaches for a pen or a vial.
Inside, the insert is cut to your exact contents: an injection pen slot, two or three vial cavities, a channel for swabs or test strips and a flat area for the instruction leaflet. Foam gives the softest protection for glass; die-cut paper keeps the pack fully recyclable.
The exterior is deliberately quiet. Matte lamination, a debossed logo and a single accent color read as clinical rather than promotional, which is what pharmacies, clinics and home-health brands need on a shelf next to regulated products.
Because the box is rigid, it doubles as a storage case at home. Customers keep it in a drawer instead of throwing it away, so your brand stays visible long after the first use.
We print on Heidelberg offset presses with Pantone matching, then finish with matte or gloss lamination, debossing, foil stamping and spot UV. Send artwork as PDF or AI and our team will prepare the dieline and a free 3D proof.
