- White card boxes: sample free, you pay the courier. Other items: sample fee applies and is credited against the bulk order — full credit on the first round, 50% on the second, none from the third.
- Lead time
- After artwork approval: white card boxes, notebooks, greeting cards and paper bags 5–7 working days, 3–5 if rushed. Rigid boxes 15–20 days, 10–15 for simple structures.
- Factory audit
- Your team or a third-party inspector is welcome at our Xiamen factory. Book ahead and we will arrange the visit and the paperwork.

Product Description
Dated planners are bought in the last quarter and used for twelve months, so the cover has to survive a year of daily handling. This soft cover set uses a soft-touch PU skin that flexes instead of creasing and wipes clean when it picks up coffee or ink.
Inside, the 2026 planner is laid out as a weekly spread with a monthly overview, so a user can see the shape of a month and still plan the detail of a week. Page count runs from 128 to 192 depending on the layout you choose.
The set ships in six colours so a corporate client can hand different colours to different departments, or so a retail buyer can order an assortment in one run. The year block is foil-stamped, and a company logo can be debossed beside it.
Rounded corners and a sewn spine keep the book flat in a bag and stop the pages from dog-earing. An elastic band, a ribbon marker and a back pocket are all optional.
We foil-stamp and deboss the cover, print the inner pages offset, then bind and round-corner in-house. Send artwork as PDF or AI and our team returns a cover proof and a free mock-up.
Sampling takes 5–7 working days and mass production 5–7 working days. All orders ship FOB Xiamen Port with T/T, Western Union or Trade Assurance payment.
