- White card boxes: sample free, you pay the courier. Other items: sample fee applies and is credited against the bulk order — full credit on the first round, 50% on the second, none from the third.
- Lead time
- After artwork approval: white card boxes, notebooks, greeting cards and paper bags 5–7 working days, 3–5 if rushed. Rigid boxes 15–20 days, 10–15 for simple structures.
- Factory audit
- Your team or a third-party inspector is welcome at our Xiamen factory. Book ahead and we will arrange the visit and the paperwork.

Product Description
The airmail border is one of the few print devices that still carries a feeling instantly. Red and blue diagonals on uncoated kraft read as travel, letters and something sent by hand, which is why brands use it for welcome kits, brand-story mailers and seasonal greeting campaigns.
This envelope is 110–150 gsm natural kraft with the border printed offset so the lines stay crisp at high volume. A vintage stamp block and a cancellation mark can be printed in the corner, or replaced with your own artwork.
The wallet flap with a gummed closure suits a slower, more deliberate open. For machine stuffing, a self-seal strip can be substituted without changing the outer look.
Sizes cover DL for standard mailers, A5 and A6 for greeting and note cards, plus custom dimensions for oversized story cards or photo enclosures.
We print offset in CMYK with Pantone accents, then blind-emboss the logo so the texture stays paper rather than plastic. Send artwork as PDF or AI and our team returns a dieline and a free proof.
Sampling takes 5–7 working days and mass production 5–7 working days. All orders ship FOB Xiamen Port with T/T, Western Union or Trade Assurance payment.
