- White card boxes: sample free, you pay the courier. Other items: sample fee applies and is credited against the bulk order — full credit on the first round, 50% on the second, none from the third.

- After artwork approval: white card boxes, notebooks, greeting cards and paper bags 5–7 working days, 3–5 if rushed. Rigid boxes 15–20 days, 10–15 for simple structures.
- Factory audit
- Your team or a third-party inspector is welcome at our Xiamen factory. Book ahead and we will arrange the visit and the paperwork.

Product Description
Some invitations should not look like mail. This ivory envelope is tied with a satin bow and sealed with a wax stamp so the guest receives an object rather than an envelope, which is exactly the effect a wedding or a luxury brand wants.
The stock is 130–180 gsm art paper, heavy enough that the bow does not crush the flap and the seal sits flat. A blind-embossed emblem on the front panel adds a raised mark that reads in raking light without any printed ink.
The satin ribbon is hand-tied per piece and colour-matched to your palette: ivory, blush, sage, navy or a custom Pantone. The wax seal can be gold, pearl or a deep tone, with the die cut from your monogram.
Assembly is done in-house so the bow tension and seal position stay consistent across the run. For volume orders we build a jig that keeps every knot the same size.
Sizes cover A5, A7 and square formats for wedding suites, plus custom dimensions for oversized invitations or gift vouchers. Send artwork as PDF or AI and our team returns a dieline and a free proof.
