- White card boxes: sample free, you pay the courier. Other items: sample fee applies and is credited against the bulk order — full credit on the first round, 50% on the second, none from the third.
- Lead time
- After artwork approval: white card boxes, notebooks, greeting cards and paper bags 5–7 working days, 3–5 if rushed. Rigid boxes 15–20 days, 10–15 for simple structures.
- Factory audit
- Your team or a third-party inspector is welcome at our Xiamen factory. Book ahead and we will arrange the visit and the paperwork.

Product Description
A city notebook only works if the illustration feels drawn rather than downloaded. This cover uses a single continuous line to trace landmarks and street patterns, printed on linen cloth so the ink sits into the weave and the surface stays matte in the hand.
The book is bound with sewn signatures rather than glued spines, so it lays flat at any page. That detail is what separates a notebook a customer uses daily from one that splits after a month in a bag.
Inside is 80 gsm cream paper, chosen because it takes fountain pen, gel ink and pencil without ghosting to the reverse. Page count runs from 96 to 192 depending on whether you want a pocket notebook or a working journal.
The linen is available in a range of colours, and the line-art can be redrawn for any city, campus or landmark. A debossed monogram, an elastic closure and painted edges are all optional.
We screen print the cover artwork and deboss the logo, then bind and trim in-house. Send artwork as PDF or AI and our team returns a cover proof and a free mock-up.
Sampling takes 5–7 working days and mass production 5–7 working days. All orders ship FOB Xiamen Port with T/T, Western Union or Trade Assurance payment.
